The situation has stalemated. The reports of Taliban forces searching out those who have supported US, NATO, and GoA forces continues. The food shortages are hitting the country in waves. Taliban have cut off different regions/areas due to ethnic reasons, causing a disproportion amount of supplies being available around the county.
Our team continues to move families around the country as needed. We continue to support other organizations working in Afghanistan with food, medical supplies, and shelter.
We continue to operate free of sending funds into Afghanistan, utilizing funds of those already in country. This method is dwindling as the amount of available funds in country being to dry up. We are working on solutions to this problem at this time, as well as, continuing to develop long term solutions for aid and stability.
